Rental terms
The rules of the rental, in plain English rather than at the bottom of a contract.
This page is a structure, not a finished legal document. The sections below marked as confirmed came from the client's own vehicle pages. Everything else needs answers before launch, and should be reviewed by a Spanish lawyer before it is published as binding terms.

Who can drive
The minimum age to rent is 21. A second driver can be added to the rental at no cost, and must meet the same requirements as the main driver.
The minimum age of 21 appeared on one vehicle page only. Confirm the rest.
- Does the minimum age of 21 apply to every vehicle, including the Hummer, the BMWs and the buggy?
- Is there a young-driver surcharge below 25?
- How long must the licence have been held?
- Which licences are accepted? Is an International Driving Permit required for non-EU licences?
- What identification is required at handover: passport, national ID, both?
Mileage
Each rental includes 200 km per day.
Confirm the mileage terms. See the note on the rates page: the old site stated three different things.
- What is charged per kilometre beyond the allowance?
- Is the allowance pooled across the rental, or applied strictly per day?
Deposit
A refundable deposit of €250 is held for the duration of the rental.
Confirm how the deposit is taken and released, and whether it varies by vehicle.
Insurance
Full insurance is included in every rate.
This is the single most important section for customer trust and it cannot be written without the policy details.
- What exactly does "full insurance" cover: third party, collision damage waiver, theft?
- Is there an excess, and how much is it?
- What is excluded? Tyres, glass, undercarriage and roof are commonly excluded.
- Who is the underwriter?
- Is there a reduced-excess or zero-excess upgrade, and what does it cost?
Fuel
No fuel policy was published anywhere on the old site.
- Is the policy like-for-like, full-to-full, or something else?
- What is charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it left with?
Delivery, collection and late return
Delivery and collection anywhere in Valencia are included.
Confirm the operational rules.
- How long a grace period applies on a late return?
- What is charged after the grace period?
- What happens if the customer is not at the agreed collection point?
Changes and cancellation
No cancellation policy existed on the old site. This is a legal requirement for distance contracts in Spain and a major conversion blocker without it.
- Can a booking be cancelled free of charge, and up to how long before pick-up?
- Is any deposit or prepayment taken at booking?
- What is the charge for a no-show?
- Can dates be changed after confirmation?
Where the vehicle may be taken
Confirm the geographic limits, particularly for the specialty vehicles.
- May the vehicle be driven outside the Comunidad Valenciana? Outside Spain?
- Are ferries to the Balearics permitted?
- Where may the quad and the Z-Force buggy legally be ridden, and are they road-registered?
Traffic fines and tolls
Confirm how penalties are handled.
- How are traffic fines passed on, and is an administration fee charged?
- How are tolls handled?
Breakdown and accidents
Roadside assistance is included, 24 hours a day.
Confirm the procedure the customer must follow.
- What number should a customer call after an accident?
- Is a police report required before a claim is accepted?
- Is a replacement vehicle provided, and within what time?
Payment
No payment terms were published. This determines whether many customers can book at all.
- Which payment methods are accepted: cash, card, bank transfer, Bizum?
- Must the card be in the main driver's name?
- Is payment taken at booking, at delivery, or at return?
- Are prices inclusive of IVA, and is an invoice issued?
